PAPERCRAFT FABRICATOR

Liberty Mutual ran a series of stop-motion animated papercraft commercials featuring objects in the brand’s signature yellow color. For this one, I created two identical paper motorcycles. One was completely hollow, and the other contained an internal armature. During animation, the hollow motorcycle was slowly crumpled into a ball frame by frame. Run in reverse, the motorcycle appeared to un-crumple into existence before driving off screen.
