Realistic croissants were required for a drug commercial illustrating high-fat foods opening to reveal low-fat foods (shown here with a styrofoam stand-in for a healthy roll. I airbrushed plastic casts of actual croissants to emulate perfectly golden pastry flakes, and sculpted the prototype for the cast plastic pats of butter. (GlaxoSmithKline Alli commercial.
